WINES
PRODUCTION
It is produced in a very limited area (the specifications locate the source in the territories of the municipalities of Refrontolo, Pieve di Soligo and San Pietro di Feletto).
The grapes harvested in September are kept on racks until December until they reach a minimum alcoholic content of not less than 14 degrees; they are then vinified.
The wine can be matured in small oak casks with monthly decanting until it becomes clear. It is ready for bottling at the beginning of the spring.
