The Colli di Conegliano denomination without further qualification is reserved by discipline to the white wine that has been created from a grape mix of Manzoni Bianco (min 30%), Pinot Bianco and/or Chardonnay (min 30%), Sauvignon and/or Riesling renano (max 10%).
The Colli di Conegliano Rosso has been created from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Marzemino, not less than 10%, where the Merlot may not in any case exceed 40%.
The grapes of the Incrocio Manzoni 2.15 may be used to a maximum of 10%.
The Torchiato of Fregona is produced with Verdiso grapes (min 30%), Prosecco (min 30%) and Boschera (min 25%).
The Boschera is vine cultivated only in the area of Fregona, is resistant to cold and its production is low. The bunches are dispersed and slightly reddened.
